ERNESTO BARRETO
Ernesto is a cinematographer and filmmaker with over five years of experience working on narrative films. Ernesto graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor's degree in Film, and since then Ernesto had the chance to work on a variety of projects, always with a focus on telling strong visual stories.
Ernesto has loved film for as long as I can remember, and cinematography is the part of filmmaking that really drew me in. Ernesto enjoys using lighting, composition, and camera movement to create images that support the story and connect with audiences. Ernesto’s work earned the Best Cinematography award at the Bronx 48 Hour Film Challenge, and is always looking for opportunities to collaborate on projects that push him creatively.
